For the dawn start and the long way home. The Hoy is a lightweight technical windbreaker built around one idea done properly — an asymmetric diagonal zip that runs clear of a pack strap and gives the front a line that's unmistakably ours.

Recycled ripstop with a PFC-free water-repellent finish handles wind and a passing shower without weighing you down. Ripstop panels reinforce the shoulders where straps wear, a diagonal chest pocket sits parallel to the main zip, and a zipped stash rides on the forearm. Grey YKK AquaGuard zips throughout, moulded Trident-G pulls, and a single side cinch to pull it in when the wind gets up. Water-repellent, not waterproof — built for the coast, not the deep.

Product Care 

• Machine wash cool (30°C), gentle cycle
• Technical wash only — no fabric softener
• Do not iron the coated fabric
• Tumble low to reactivate the DWR
• Reproof with a PFC-free wash-in when water stops beading
