SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship We currently ship to the UK. International shipping coming soon — if you're outside the UK and want something, email jay@greybank.life and we'll do our best.

Dispatch times Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Delivery times Standard delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch Express delivery: next working day after dispatch (order before 12pm)

Delivery costs Standard delivery: £4.99 Express delivery: £9.99 Free standard delivery on orders over £75

Large items SUP boards and oversized items may require a different delivery method. We'll contact you directly to arrange delivery on these orders.

Tracking All orders are sent with a tracked service. Your tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.

Failed deliveries If delivery is attempted and fails, your parcel will be held at your local depot for 5 days. After this it will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email jay@greybank.life within 7 days of expected delivery and we'll resolve it immediately.
