RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we'll sort it.
Returns You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original, unworn condition with tags attached. To start a return, email jay@greybank.life with your order number and reason.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges Want a different size or colour? Email us and we'll sort it subject to availability.
Sale items Full refund policy applies. No exceptions for sale pricing.
Water equipment Dive masks, wetsuits, and water gear must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for return. Once used in water, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or faulty goods If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email jay@greybank.life within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund immediately, no questions.
Greybank is a sole trader business. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
