RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your right to return
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to return
Email us at jay@greybank.life with your order number to start a return. Return postage is paid by the customer — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us. Send returns to: .

 

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. This includes the standard outbound shipping you paid. Return postage costs are not refunded.

Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty or we've sent the wrong item, that's on us — email us and we'll cover the return and put it right. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Your legal rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
