Named for the island that takes the North Sea head-on, the Bressay is our storm shell — a pull-on smock built for people who don't get to choose the weather.

Three-layer SEAQUAL® laminate holds a 20,000mm waterproof rating and 15,000 g/m² of breathability, so it keeps the storm out without cooking you when the work rate climbs. Every seam is taped. Every zip is YKK AquaGuard®. The pullover cut means fewer entry points for water and a cleaner line under a harness or a pack.

It's the same storm-grade protection you'll find on shells costing fifty pounds more. We just left the middleman on the shore.

Impact
The Bressay is built from SEAQUAL® yarn — a fully traceable material spun from recovered ocean-bound plastic. It's finished with a PFC-free water repellent, so nothing harmful washes off it and into the water it's designed to keep you dry in. We build for a long life, not a season.

Product Care

• Machine wash cool (30°C) on a gentle cycle
• Use a technical wash — never standard detergent or fabric softener
• Do not iron the taped seams
• Tumble dry low to reactivate the DWR finish
• Reproof with a PFC-free wash-in when water stops beading
