THE DETAILS THAT DEFINE A JACKET

Once the silhouette was right, I turned my attention to the details.

This is the stage where a jacket begins to develop its own identity.

I looked at every component individually. Waterproof zips. Zip pullers. Rubber patches. Pocket construction. Cuff adjustment. Hood drawcords. Every element was questioned, refined and, in some cases, redesigned entirely.

It wasn't about adding more features.

It was about choosing the right ones.

Some ideas looked good on paper but disappeared during development because they didn't improve the jacket. Others evolved over several revisions before they felt right.

The rubber patches became quieter and 1 became a problem solver and really uselfull and now goes on all jackets..

The branding became more restrained.

The hardware became more technical.

Every decision pushed The Rannoch closer to what I believe Greybank should represent.

A jacket that doesn't rely on oversized logos or unnecessary features to make an impression.

Instead, it earns attention through thoughtful construction, dependable materials and details that reveal themselves over time.

Looking back, this was the point where The Rannoch stopped feeling like a concept and started feeling like a Greybank product.

The foundation was in place.

Now it was time to prove it in the real world.
